We hereby inform you that from February 28, 2020 the functionality of the Purchase module has been updated in terms of adding features:
- "Purchase of cars, passenger cars and other motor vehicles",
- "Purchase of services for the creation and development of objects of informatization";
- "Purchase of electrical transformers, static electrical converters, rectifiers, inductors and chokes";
- "Purchase of insulated wires (including enamelled or anodized), cables (including coaxial cables) and other insulated electrical conductors"
- "Purchase of TRU software and electronic products", approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 31, 2019 No. 521 "On approval of the list of goods, works, services for which public procurement is carried out by means of a tender with preliminary qualification selection" (hereinafter - Order), while we note that in case of recognition of public procurement by the method of tender with prequalification according to paragraphs 3 - 9 of the list specified in the appendix to the Order, failed, customers on the Portal can carry out such public procurement in other ways. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the creation of a purchase order using the “Tender with preliminary qualification selection” method with the following features:
- "Purchase of light and furniture industry";
- "Purchase of cars, passenger cars and other motor vehicles",
- "Purchase of services for the creation and development of objects of informatization";
- "Purchase of electrical transformers, static electrical converters, rectifiers, inductors and chokes";
- "Procurement of insulated (including enamelled or anodized) wires, cables (including coaxial cables) and other insulated electrical conductors" is available only to those suppliers who are on the Register of Qualified Suppliers. The Register is available in the "Registers - Register of Qualified Suppliers" tab.
The creation of a purchase order using the "Tender with prequalification" method with the attribute "Purchase of GWS software and electronic products" is available to suppliers determined by the Authorized Body in the field of information security.
