EFC AI projects: digital solutions for a new level of public administration

“Electronic Finance Center” JSC (EFC) develops and tests prototypes of solutions based on artificial intelligence, which will become the basis for effective tools for digital transformation in public administration. These initiatives are under active development: teams of specialists conduct testing, analyze the results and implement improvements.

The goal of the project is not just to create technology, but to integrate AI into real processes so that it becomes a reliable assistant in decision-making and improving the quality of service provision.

Key areas of development:

AI-budget forecasting
Machine learning models allow you to more accurately estimate tax revenues based on historical data and current economic trends. With each update, the algorithms become more accurate and reliable.

Intellectual classification of goods (ECG IS)
The AI system already recognizes and classifies product items with an accuracy of up to 67%. Work is underway to expand the data set and improve the classification quality.

Virtual assistants for call centers
AI-powered bots are being developed and tested to instantly process citizen requests. The project is currently in the pilot stage and is being refined based on user feedback.

Search for duplicate functions between departments
A prototype of an analytical tool has been developed to identify similar functions across the structures of various government agencies. The system is currently undergoing calibration and practical testing.

Document translation platform
The machine translation model is trained on specialized texts, taking into account the professional context and terminology. The solution demonstrates high accuracy in closed testing.

All projects are in the development stage and undergoing iterative improvement.
