Public Council at the "E-Finance Center" JSC: Focus on Transparency, Automation, and the Development of Digital Solutions in Public Finance

A meeting of the Public Council was held at the site of "E-Finance Center" JSC with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Committee of State Revenues, the Committee of Internal State Audit, as well as independent experts.

Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aset Nurlanovich Turysov, joined the discussion online and emphasized the importance of the digital transformation of public finance.
During the meeting, Dias Kazbekovich, Chief Executive Officer of "EFC" JSC presented the key projects currently being implemented by the organization.
The presentation included solutions for automating budget planning, digital expenditure control, and the development of analytical platforms.

A project to implement cloud-based accounting for school institutions was also presented. The initiative is aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency in managing financial flows within the education system, as well as reducing the administrative burden on school accounting departments.
The EFC has demonstrated its transition from a technical operator to a center for digital solutions in the field of public finance.

The main focus of "EFC" JSC for 2025 is the development of the digital ecosystem of Digital Finance, the introduction of AI, Big Data and cloud technologies, the creation of digital profiles of participants in the budget process and the export of IT solutions.

"EFC" JSC strives to become a central link in the digital management of public finances, bringing together all parties into a single system - from government agencies to business.
