On December 3, 2025, the Electronic Financial Center JSC hosted a working meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade and Integration, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", Members of the Mazhilis, fiscal data operators and business representatives. The main focus of the meeting was the practical implementation of the National Product Catalogue and the use of unique product codes in trade operations.
Specialists from EFC demonstrated the full process of generating a unique product code and applying it in real practice. During the live demonstration, a receipt was issued through a cash register, showing how the product name is automatically retrieved from the National Product Catalogue. This allowed participants to clearly understand how the system operates in real time.
Participants received comprehensive explanations on the procedures for entering product cards, the moderation workflow, the use of temporary codes, and the specifics of the transition period. Representatives of EFC and government authorities provided detailed answers to the questions raised by Members of Parliament and entrepreneurs.
Deputy Minister of Finance Asset Nurlanovich TURYSOV emphasized that starting from January 1, no sanctions, penalties or restrictions will be imposed on entrepreneurs.
“The NPC system is designed not to create barriers but to simplify the work of both business and the state. Our goal is transparency, convenience and a more efficient accounting process,” stated Turysov A.N.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade and Integration, the State Revenue Committee, the leadership of the NCE “Atameken”, MPs from the “Respublica” party, as well as key experts of EFC.
The session concluded with an agreement to continue joint work on the implementation of the NPC, strengthen outreach efforts for businesses, and prepare additional official clarifications.
