"E-Finance Center" JSC presented projects at Kazakhstan Tech Solution Day, held as part of the UN ESCAP Asia-Pacific Conference on Digital Inclusion and Transformation

As part of the event dedicated to modern technologies and their role in sustainable development, "E-Finance Center" JSC showcased several key projects aimed at modernizing public finance and enhancing management efficiency. The presented initiatives included:

  • Information System for State Planning: This system facilitates the automation and informational support of budget planning, enhancing the efficiency of budget allocation and ensuring transparency in the process.
  • Unified Procurement Platform: A platform that consolidates the procurement processes of government bodies, quasi-government sector entities, and other platforms, providing user convenience, monitoring, and control.
  • Electronic Product Catalog: A system for storing and managing product data, which enables automatic generation of technical specifications, analysis of historical prices, and tracking of product turnover.
  • Online Budget Monitoring: This tool allows for real-time control, early detection of risks related to unutilized budget funds, and reduction of financial violations.
  • Planned Launch of a Single Contact Center of the Ministry of Finance: This center will consolidate all communication channels to improve feedback with users of the ministry's information systems.

According to Dias Kramsheyev, Chairman of the Board at "E- Finance Center" JSC "Kazakhstan has established itself as a leader in digitalization, and the transformation of public finance is a key element in this process. The implementation of these projects enhances efficiency, transparency, and public trust in the management of state finances," he added.

It is worth noting that the UN ESCAP Asia-Pacific Conference brings together delegations from over 50 countries, including ministers of digitalization and IT, representatives from international organizations, the private sector, and civil society. The primary goal of the event is to foster collaboration in digital technologies to achieve sustainable development and ensure equal access to digital resources for all countries in the region.
